Leadership Rhode Island’s Pathways Program is a new, tuition-free program designed to help young adults explore and build personalized career pathways.

The Pathways Program provides an opportunity for young people to explore exciting career avenues with peers through a series of group convenings, in-person workshops, and field-based career explorations. Throughout the program, participants are guided to better understand their own strengths and interests and to craft personalized learning pathways that are unique to their passions and skillsets.

Do you know someone who is unsure what to do for their career? Are they seeking insight on what strengths they already bring and how those might apply in the workforce? Would they benefit from a broadened network of peers and professionals?

If so, the Pathways Program at Leadership Rhode Island might be the right opportunity.

The next Pathways Program will begin in August 2025.
